Who Makes Up The North Fort Worth Alliance (NFWA) Membership?
The North Fort Worth Alliance is a group of community members from 20 local communities; representing approximately 35,000 households in the far North Fort Worth area. The group is activity involved with pursuing quality of life issues for all communities within our boundries.The Alliance was founded in March of 2006 and became a registered member of The City of Fort Worth Neighborhood Associations in September of the same year. Monthly meetings are held on the third Saturday of the month, 9:00 am at the Fellowship of the Park Church located at 9900 North Beach and Alta Vista in Fort Worth. Refreshments are served and everyone is welcome to attend.
Do I Live Within The Boundaries of the Alliance?
The boundaries of the Alliance shall be FM 1171 on the north, Highway 377 on the east, and IH-35 on the west with the following exception: the western boundary shall also include only those neighborhoods west of I-35W that are located within Fort Worth City Council District 2. The southern border shall be North Tarrant Parkway.
Can I Become A Member Of The Alliance?
Membership in the Alliance is open to any neighborhood group, or association, civic groups or organization which seeks to revitalize and/or improve conditions within the Alliance Area. The terms neighborhood group or association shall mean either a voluntary neighborhood association or a mandatory homeowners' association. Neighborhood group and associations are encouraged to register with the Fort Worth Neighborhood Association.

By registering with the City of Fort Worth as a neighborhood association, your organization is officially recognized by the City and will receive valuable information from various City departments, including notification of zoning and development within or near your boundaries.
